We are now operating an On Demand Manufacturing model. All of our products are made in our A T E L I E R in Kingston, Jamaica, W.I.

We offer both Standard and Express shipping to meet your needs.

Once an order is placed, we will cut it, sew it, and ship it out within 10-14 days. (possibly longer for shipments to remote locations).

All international parcels are sent via Jamaica Post powered by DHL courier shipping.

Shortly after dispatch you will receive a email from our international courier with tracking information. Please be sure to check for this email to keep track of your parcel)

All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice from time to time. Additional fees may be added to the item prices. Please check the payment page of the cart that will show you the final price that will be charged and that will be indicated in the invoice you will receive with the shipping confirmation email.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the Site as specified on your order confirmation.

Refund Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Excludes Bespoke products and swimwear.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@houseoffennel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special discounted items, custom clothing (which will be altered and adjusted), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SALES OF BEACHWEAR AND UNDERWEAR ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE OTHER NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In certain specific cases, duly specified, you are allowed to replace purchased products with other products, instead of being refunded the relative price.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In certain specific cases, duly specified in the Returned Goods Form, you are allowed to replace purchased products with other products, instead of being refunded the relative price.
