This product is approved by the Bureau of Standards and is standardized by the Scientific Research Council in Jamaica. The common ingredients are tomatoes or tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar and spices. Other ingredients include Pineapple Juice, Molasses, Bell Peppers, Onion, Scallion, Ginger, Sodium Benzoate, thyme, Garlic, Hot Pepper and Soy sauce. It gives flavor to any meal and can also be used as a dip.
